PUTTY and the <SPAN class=GramE>cheats</SPAN> <SPAN class=SpellE>cvar</SPAN>
was set to 1. It was set to 0 before I did

class=SpellE>cvar</SPAN> for cheats to 1. All I did was shut it down and
turn it back on again using PUTTY. This is interfering with CI. CI
will not run when it's set to 1, and CI then sets something in my registry as
if I'm running hacks on the server.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></P>
