[cod] Cod4 & WAW homepath & basepath

This used to work for me on cod4, back in the day..

28960 +set sv_punkbuster 1 +set fs_basepath "/home/cod4base" +set
fs_homepath "/home/cod428960" +exec server.cfg  +map_rotate

cod4base was main installation. cod428960 was specific user folder. Sorry I
don't remember exactly which files in user folder but hopefully someone else
can advise.

In the linux version, I have never succeeded in using them, and as I have
much free space, I just use a complete install for a new server instance.
