[cod] How to prevent from downloading a CFG in Call of Duty 4 servers

they still guessed the new filename?? sounds suspicious but anyway on my 
cod1 server i had this problem from a bug in the game engine.
as i wanted to use the dl feature i ended up setting the rcon password 
from the commandline so it didn't appear in the file
