[cod] Source code / function reference for the original call of duty (cod1) linux server?

CoD1 is based on the quake 3 engine that is now open-source. So I think 
trying to get the direct source code of cod1 game is a waste of time, 
but the source for the quake 3 engine may suit your needs. Based on what 
I remember of the game, it include the killcam feature.
