Subject: [cod] MW3 Linux Required (Please)

  Dear MW3 Developer,

We seriously need Linux binaries. Your hardcore, competitive, and enthusiastic fan base needs this. A Linux server is extremely efficient and so much easier to script, shell, integrate, and package. It would be a great pity to neglect this important factor for on-line competitive gaming. So many times I have seen servers pop up at offices, colleges, or anywhere there is a spare Linux box to run a game server on. Typically they run much better than their Windows counter-parts requiring much less hardware and resources -- simply install the files, create a small script, execute the binary in background or screen, and spend more time playing, administering, and enjoying the game vs. constantly tweaking to get the server stable or functional (at its current state).

Your fan base was built on Linux game servers all the way back to the heritage of Quake 3, MOH:AA, COD 1 and 2, etc.

  Thank you for reading. =)
