[cod] Dedicated MW3

I purchased it -- as with all games I support -- but would rather Steam
install (Linux) instead of re-uploading via FTP.

Does the dedicated require a client serial # to run?

Any luck with command line only? Experimentation with WINE?

I'm still downloading it here.
