[cod] COD4 sv_wwwBaseURL with FTP

I was wondering if it is possible to set the baseURL as a FTP server. 
That it will be like that

seta sv_wwwBaseURL "ftp://user:password@91.185.199.169/cod4/"

Or the baseURL support just https servers?
