[cod] Query limiting...

Hi, been running now since last weekend.

Not that much action on our COD4 servers these days :(
One of them is running vanilla ranked hardcore and the other is running
StarWars v1.0 mod.

But the few times I've been lurking around, I've seen no issues.
No crash reported in logs either.
