[cod] Waiting connection ...... timeout

As a player, I've also noticed that today on german based servers.
Usually I connect fine by issuing "/reconnect" in console.

  We are experiencing timeout / very loing "waiting connections" on many 
of our boxes...

I dunno the cause, nor I can find out where the problems reside as some 
quite "full" (50+ gameservers on a single ip) others instead are just 
empy (1 single gameserver running per box)...

is there any problem with the master servers or anything like that?

The boxes that are giving me troubles are european based (.it and .de)
