[cod] cod4 hitch warning

Ditch Win Server 2008. Go with Windows Server 2003 64 bit.

Give the vm more horsepower ? how is the vm set up ? On what hardware the server is running ? there's  so much reason to get hitch, and all cases don't get lags...
