[cod] cod4 hitch warning

[Mavrick Master]

Running cod4 server on win server 2008 in vmware and getting constant "hitch
warnings" causing the server to lag at random segments. The game will freeze
for 0.5 - 1 seconds then continue fine for a few minutes then do it again.
Anyone have any suggestions?
