[cod] Call of Duty 4 server problem - awaiting connection

First I would like to thank you for so big response.

I have a dedicated machine here in Slovenia.

So these may be the problem, that my ISP may have some problem with 
outgoing international traffic?
It may be the problem, that the server can't communicate with the 
Activision master server and because of that I can't connect on the 
server? But I can ping it and also my HLSW show it.

Can anyone of you provide ma a traceroute to server 91.185.199.169 and 
give me his IP so I can do it backward.
