[cod] redirect

if you're using tux or even windhoos
both know the hosts file, add the ip and some name, and you have 'DNS' the
simple local way :)

On the server where COD4 is running that is :
/etc/hosts
c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts

192.168.1.101      myredirect

use the url in your cod4 config:
 http://myredirect/cod4
