Sad, I knew that there wouldn't be any SDK. Marcus Nilsson (Sr Producer)
explained at DreamHack that the current version of the Frostbite engine used
for BC2 is not in a state so they could easily add public SDK tools.

But no public unranked servers is truly a let down :(

As of today, Gordan Van Dyke from Dice/EA said there will be no public 
server files (ranked or unranked) as well as mod tools for BC2.

I think this game could have been a run away hit if these two options 
where in the box upon release.
