[cod] COD4 at LAN

Was already set, SELinux completely turned off (hate it) and no iptables 
loaded.

netstat shows it's listening, but on multiple computers it's not popping 
up, last lan party same thing... goddamnit!

and i see a lot of posts with the same problem (@ Google)...
