[cod] Getting out of memory for certain maps

The openwarfare has a huge mod.ff, I guess that the server sums this up together with the current loaded map.ff. 
So in summary with big maps and big mods you quickly reach the limit --> Server ABORTING. 

But the mp_apesgorod.ff has just round about 45 MB. hmpf.
