[cod] New Rcon in development

If it does all of the basic admin stuff, like kicking, banning and it
uses Punkbuster to execute commands, it will be a good program.  Have
you looked at BigBrotherBot (http://www.bigbrotherbot.com)?  What is
great about that program is that it can easily be modified to accept
just about any plugin.
