[cod] Call of Duty 4 Linux

Yes it is easy to say when you have so much costumers and it doesn't 
count a single one. But for me it counts unfortunately a lot.
The problem is I think that, if it will be for me I will with great 
pleasure say no to them, but as I know that on the other side is so many 
providers offering that and they will not hesitate to move.
A great think will be if a certification list or something will be done 
and premium provider will collaborate and not offer private server 
versions. I know also some very very big providers who practice private 
servers and that is for me a big problem.
