[cod] Call of Duty 4 Linux

and because of these topic you can assume that is really for the 
costumers. I don't think anybody is playing first call of duty 2 1.0 
version (yes 1.0 and not 1.3) and now decided and change his mind to 
play cod4 1.7 witch games are very very different. These two topics was 
both for costumers, I even don't play any games, just don't have time 
for it.
