[cod] config tool

i dont really use the command line.i am using a gui with centos5. when i
start the game i run the game in terminal and put it simple commands like
sv_hostname,max clients and such. i made a config with my rconmax on my
gamer and loaded it into the main file of my linux server. i did try +exec
myconfig and it couldnt exec it. i will try ur suggestions
