Memory Issues?

I am getting this error with several custom maps:
Loading fastfile mp_newvillers
Loading fastfile 'mp_newvillers'
Error: Need 1998263 more bytes of 'main' physical ram for alloc to succeed

It happens on some, but not others, and randomly happens on the same map.
 The server will run about 12 - 15 hours, then lock up with this error.
