[cod] 1.3 bits have been approved by QA will be released today

This issues is solved.  I found the following help at fpsadmin.com:
http://www.fpsadmin.com/forum/showthread.php?t=13936  I just changed the
cod4 to the proper codwow syntax and all is well.  Thanks for all that
replied it was greatly appreciated.
