[cod] COD4 v1.7 Dedicated Lan

I have been playing around with it there. It seems if dedicated is set to 1
at startup the console reports it is set to 2 and reports to masterserver
list and also seems to broadcast on LAN aswell. If its set to 2 it does as
designed and only reports to masterserver list
