COD4 v1.7 Dedicated Lan

Hi,

Just wondering if there was an update on the dedicated LAN mode of the linux
bins or if anyone has come up with a workaround.
Im helping organize a LAN in the coming weeks and would be nice to have the
servers in the ingame lan browser.
