[cod] Cod4 server setup guide

Gentlemen - all,

    I apologize for using this method, however I find myself in need of 
assistance.  In past years I had setup Linux Cod2 servers all worked 
fine, now I find myself attempting to setup a Cod4 server and although I 
can get my start script to fire <shows in processes> the application it 
self seems to be failing this is due I'm sure to the fact that I'm not 
creating my build correctly.  At present what I'm looking for is to 
setup the original 1.0.525 from my disk.

Would any of you have a guide that would cover the correct setup for 
creating the server from scratch so I don't end up with all the 
un-necessary files.  After searching the net I only seem to find this 
information for a Windows server, Linux is the only way to go.
