[cod] 2 players - same GUID

It's a bug in CoD4; it puts pb_sv_guidrelax 7 as a default value. Again and again and again...  
Add the following line to your spam.cfg or pbsv.cfg and restart pb: 

    pb_sv_task 60 120 pb_sv_guidrelax 0

This will work fine.
