Try adding pb_sv_enable to the end of your server.cfg file.
Make sure you don't have sv_punkbuster set to 0 in the config and also make
sure you don't have pb_sv_disable (unlikely) in the config.
Regards,
Vaughan

Subject: [cod] Punkbuster not starting
I have searched for an answer on this, and still have found to no avail. I
have a new codwaw 1.4 server. I have updated punkbuster to the latest
version. I have the punkbuster turned on in my command line, and have
checked it. It is correct syntax. However, when I start the server I get
the following error: Error: Unable to initialize punkbuster. Punkbuster is
disabled No matter what I do I can't get punkbuster to enable. Can someone
shed some light on this for me please.
