[cod] Cant' find map: mp_banzai, mp_corrosion, & mp_subpens

I don't know if I am doing something wrong or not.  I've upgraded to 
version 1.5 and everything seems to be working correctly except, when I 
try to launch any of the 3 new maps.  I get "Error: Can't find map 
"mp_banzai".  A mod is required for custom maps", same with subpens and 
corrosion.  Unlike other maps, I am unable to find any mp_xxxx.ff or 
localized_mp_xxxx.ff for the above 3 files.  I also downloaded a new 
copy with the same results.

Can someone either confirm the 3 maps are flat out missing or what the 
issue is.
