[cod] COD4 Server hosting recommendations

Id suggest EscapedTurkey.com , I used them for like a year or so, no
problems whatsover. Was able to add mods and maps to it as well. Price is
awesomely cheap, ticket response time is fast too. Never used their TS
though, but i guess the quality is just as good too.
