It's a TOE NIC.  I can't imagine there would be tangible benefits for
gaming.  They're a huge benefit for things like iSCSI-connected storage,
though.

Believe it or not, tests have actually shown that the KillerNIC has
slightly higher latency than your standard standard embedded Ethernet
controller. At least for CS:Source and Unreal Tournament according to
reviews.
