[cod] Kernel optimization

You can always benefits for more efficient memory management that come
with a recompiled and tweaked kernel, I saw that the load balancing
between cores was more efficient with the kernel I'm using compared to a
more standard kernel config (provided by my server provider). Even if
the gain is not very easy to feel when you're on the server, you can see
it with an htop monitor. And it's less expensive than buy more hardware :P

By the way, cod series are less influenced by kernel modding than hl
series, so if cod is your way and you put the stability on top of your
list, don't play too far with the kernel...

PS : the kernel I'm using is also restricted, there's no modules support
(respectful of provider policy, security concerned), and IPv6 enabled,
even if it's not configured (as game servers don't support it yet).

Off topic but : does someone know if the next cod title will see the
coming of native 64bit support (regardless of the platform) ?
