mods problem

Ryan, is there a flaw that mod.ff does not get downloaded? Seems like there
is a major problem with the bins or all mods out there.

I don't have this in front of me, but I think this message comes when 
Demonware times out (master server stuff). Firewalls can cause it, but 
sometimes it just happens if the internet is grumpy, and I'm not sure 
WaW handles it well on any platform.
