[cod] Cod4 1.7 install

He needs a total install backup, that hits the 6GB of data (iwds, 'zone' 
folder, and so on). Does anyone have a full backup like Joker proposed 
for cod5 back in november (look after "License key is no longer required 
to run a Dedicated Server." as thread title) ?
