[cod] Linux bits updated by Josh

Until you find yourself waiting for a week or two or ten again when the
windows 1.3 patch is released. In other words, you should only run ATVI
Linux bins if you don't mind being weeks (or months) behind the patch curve.

I'd still be moving our CoD5 servers from Windows to Linux if the bins 
do become available. 

Even if it is pretty late, its better than never.
