Punksbusted isn't going to have anything to do with PB updates.

Were just a ban list.

He has a DNS issue or Even Balance has one.  He should redownload the
updater in case they changed something like the location of the update
files.

someone replied with the following
PunkBuster itself hasn't stopped streaming just one of the PB support 
sites is experiencing errors. Others such as PBBans is still running fine.

Not sure what's going on at this moment.
