Thanks for that. I will check into it.

I tried e-mailing and one of them responded that I'm slandering them and 
that I need to prove it with a patent. I'm fairly certain that slander 
only applies when you purposely falsify a claim.

Copyright is fairly automatic, as soon as you write something down it
