You can also change these ports. Start up TS3 at the command prompt like
this:

ts3server_win32.exe createinifile=1

^------or use whatever version you are using with createinifile=1 after it.

You can then edit the ini file (look for ts3server.ini) which will have the
ports and other useful information in it. 



After editing this info you can then start the server like this

ts3server_win32.exe inifile=ts3server.ini
