You can create the ini files yourself as explained in the readme docs.

Sqllite is an option, but also a full mysql database driven TS3, and there
you need the ini files

ts3db_mysql.ini (needs an empty line under the text) is for Database
connection:

[config]

ost=localhost

port=3306

username=username

password=password

database=ts3db

socket=

here needs to be an empty line while saving the file

ts3server.ini:

machine_id=servernametoeasyrecognice

default_voice_port=9988

voice_ip=0.0.0.0

licensepath=

filetransfer_port=30033

filetransfer_ip=0.0.0.0

query_port=10011

query_ip=0.0.0.0

dbplugin=ts3db_mysql

dbpluginparameter=/path/to/locationofinifile/ts3db_mysql.ini

dbsqlpath=sql/

dbsqlcreatepath=create_mysql/

logpath=logs

logquerycommands=0

as far as i know there are no ini files.. default is sqllite which you could
edit or login through telnet to edit it.. the pdf in docs explains it all.
