[cod] TeamSpeak 3 Server

Working here.   No Webadmin so have to do everything via telnet..
There is suppose to be php script that will control the server via the
telnet backend.

I had to chmod +x the file before running it.

Look under doc for the server_query_manual.pdf to drive the thing.
