[cod] Autostart COD4/WaW linux server at boot

I use a combination of an init script (utilizing debian's start-stop-daemon)
and monit, a process monitoring utility. I have monit set to start on boot,
and it will start any applications that it is configured to monitor if they
weren't already started.

init script example: http://www.anarchic-x.com/script/cod2-init.txt

monit can be installed via yum or apt-get

start-stop-daemon is available on debian/ubuntu, but I can provide an RPM
for CentOS if anyone needs one.
