[cod] Off-Topic: Wolfenstein

Afaik the Linux Server binaries for ID Software games (Q3A, RtCE, W:ET,
DOOM3, Q4, ETQW and possibly QuakeLive) have all been done by Timo at ID
Software:
zerowing.idsoftware.com

For the new title WOLFENSTEIN it has been stated several times the last
weeks that they're currently not working on any Linux Client (player)
binaries.

Several community members including myself have repeatedly asked about Linux
Server binaries, without any reply at all.

Sorry for the off-topic question, but I figure the same crowd here will 
probably attempt to run the new Wolfenstein game.

Two Questions:

1) Will it support Linux server binaries?

2) Is there a mailing list like this for the game?
