[cod] COD5 server still getting killed

I'm not and have never experienced this issue. May be because I am running
Linux on my box but I can run my game server 24/7 for weeks without any lag
or issues. The only time I restart it is if I need some config changes to
take place. Sorry I couldn't help more. However, my suggestion, if you are
running the Linux version or Cent OS or something similar and you have clean
bandwidth from a data center with redundancy and you box is not being over
used THEN you may want to reinstall a fresh copy of the game.

It almost sounds like from the error output that you are briefly looking
your data connection and when it tries to re-authenticate the connection is
still down now allowing that to happen so it automatically kills the server.

Sincerely,

Schlup

Subject: [cod] COD5 server still getting killed

Hi,

I posted this problem back in july but got no response. I hoped it would
stop with 1.5 but it hasn't. Am I the only one still experiencing this
issue?

----

Hi,

I remember we covered this problem already in the list but I can't remember
or missed a possible solution. Every few days my COD5 servers crash with the
following message:

Server: Updating session (180050ms)

Server: Updating session (180050ms)

Server: Updating session (180050ms)

reauthenticating dedicated server!

Anyone?
