No, you can NOT unlock the files at ventrilo.com. They are not accepting
new licence applications since 2006, and most of the ones they have,
they want to get rid of. It seems like they are working towards only
having a few global partners.

Move towards mumble and teamspeak instead partner :)

this is not a list for Hacks or so ;(
