Does it always redirect to port 9094 on all your mirrors?

Reason asking is so I know I only have to open one outbound port in my boxes
firewall and not have to change it every time I go to get a new download.

Here's the complete package, for those starting from scratch or updating 
any version to 1.4. You still need the game's data files, even with this 
package, though!
