[cod] CoD:WW 1.4 patch out

Question for everyone.
More then likely they will have the full blown ~581M Linux patch
available later today.
Would the GSPs on the list rather have just the Linux files for this
patch as most of you may have already downloaded the windows patch and
updated your WINE boxes?
More then likely we'll have both but wanted to know if there was a need
for a smaller package.
