[cod] How to Stop Safe Mode? [Windows]

This is in regards to Windows version of COD.

Sometimes when my cod 4 or cod 5 windows server crashes the next time  
it is started it asks if it wants to go into Safe mode

You are given 3 options, [Yes] [No] [Cancel]

I created a script that would close the dialog box but in doing so  
makes it select cancel by default and the server goes in an infinite  
loop asking to go in safe mode.

Is there a way to Stop this message from popping up? (And always  
select No by default)

Or anyone know a workaround for this?
