[cod] CoD:WW 1.4 patch out

So, I was also wondering why everyone is labeling this patch 1.2 to 1.4
update when all the servers are running at 1.3?  Did Treyarch forget that
they had released 1.3?  I will assume that it is an error and ignore it,
however it is indicative of the Q&A at Treyarch.
