[cod] variable save

writeconfig doesn't dump all of the dvars.

dvarlist does the trick.

But it's somewhat manual after you get your dvars out.

I see a command dvarlist_saved, but it's not doing what I'm expecting
(doesn't do anything, actually).  Must be a deprecated
