After almost 25 hours, issue is still there, I called Activision french call center that confirmed me the problem was the loss of their main servers. 
 
At the time they're not able to say how long it will last. 
 
I will receive a mail for every new information about issue (that's what support told me...) and post a reply here if answer is interresting.
 
Hope they'll fix it soon.

I think Activision have some problems or updates with the Masterserver´s.
 
 
 
 

Same problem for 16 Hours in France .
 
Some people still can't connect their servers. The problems does not affect all players but it's worldwide.
