[cod] Can't start a dedicated server!

Or just copy the missing directX dll from your local system to the
cod5beta directory on your server, works very well, no real need to
install DirectX on a dedicated server. Again as in cod4, the game
executable is linked against the DirectX dll, but of course not using
DirectX if running as dedicated server.

PS: Make sure to upload the 32Bit Version of the dll to your server, as
the game is a win32 application.
